Who we are

Togevent is a service of Nebula S.r.l., registered at [TO COMPLETE: registered office address], VAT [TO COMPLETE: VAT number] ("we", "Togevent").

What Togevent offers

Togevent lets you build your event website, pick a theme, edit its content and publish it on a Togevent subdomain or on a domain you own. It also collects RSVPs, hosts a message board and provides a photo gallery your guests can contribute to.

Some features are paid. They are bought once per event, with no recurring subscription. What each plan includes is shown in the product at the time of purchase.

Account and eligibility

To use Togevent you must be at least 18 and provide a valid email address, to which we send a one-time sign-in code; alternatively you can sign in with a Google account.

You are responsible for access to your mailbox and for activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone has accessed it without authorisation, tell us straight away.

Prices, payment and invoicing

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe: your card details never pass through our systems and are not stored by us.

Purchases are one-off and tied to a single event. Unless stated otherwise they do not renew automatically and trigger no further charges.

If you order printed QR postcards you give us a delivery address, which we use only to ship your order.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you have the right to withdraw within fourteen days of purchase, under EU and Italian consumer law.

Because this is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout we ask you to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that, once the content has been made available, the right of withdrawal is lost. Until that point you can exercise it by writing to [TO COMPLETE: contact email address].

Your content

Everything you upload — text, photographs, names, dates — stays yours. You grant us only the free, limited licence needed to host, process, resize and display that content within the service and to generate previews of your site.

You confirm that you hold the rights to what you upload and have the consent of the people shown in the photographs.

Guest content and moderation

Your guests can submit RSVPs, messages and photographs. You decide which of these to approve and publish: the moderation tools are in your dashboard.

For your guests' data it is you who determines the purposes and means of processing; we process it on your behalf. See the privacy policy for detail.

We may remove content that is manifestly unlawful or reported as such, and suspend a site that breaches these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Togevent to publish unlawful or defamatory content or content that infringes others' rights, to send unsolicited communications, to work around the technical limits of the service, to access other users' data, or to place abnormal load on the platform.

Subdomains and custom domains

Every event receives an address of the form name.togevent.com. Some names are reserved and cannot be assigned. We may reassign a subdomain that is unused or clearly chosen in bad faith.

If you connect a domain you own, it stays yours: you must keep its registration current and configure the DNS records we give you. We are not responsible for a site being unreachable because of misconfigured DNS or an expired domain.

AI-assisted features

The chat that guides you through initial setup and the voice transcription are AI-assisted. What the AI produces is a suggestion: nothing is published without your confirmation, and you can always type instead of using the AI. The detail is on our dedicated AI page.

Service availability

We do our best to keep Togevent available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or for security reasons, giving notice where reasonably possible.

Duration, retention and deletion

Your site and its gallery stay available for the period set by the plan you bought. If you bought the "Keep forever" add-on we keep them beyond that limit.

You can delete an event or your whole account at any time; from that point the content is removed within the timeframes given in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid for the event concerned in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the mandatory rights the law gives consumers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the service or to the law. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the product, with reasonable notice. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or domicile remain competent and the mandatory rules of your EU country of residence continue to apply.
